We're going to hazard a guess here and suggest that this never actually happened - couldn't actually happen. Could it? There's a lot we still don't know about lesbian sex but we reckon that this artistic rendering is a work of the imagination - has to be. It looks like an extreme form of fisting that got 'out of hand' and ended up involving the head.
